While, thankfully, I do not attend funerals often, when I have in the past, being there has caused me to wonder what the people in attendance are really thinking. Do they really feel sad, or is that just the way they think they are expected to behave? Movies would have us believe that the spirit of our dearly-departed joins in the ceremony - moving in and out of the mourners, seeing and hearing without being seen or heard. I wonder about that, too, and I guess I have an unusual point of view when it comes to passing from this life into the next.

Have we become so steeped in tradition that we are unable to make a funeral fun? Is there a way to promote a celebration of the person’s life, rather than a depressing ceremony where everyone feels uncomfortable? I believe funerals should be like parties, a happy gathering to celebrate the “graduation” of the person into another, better world. We should celebrate that graduation as we do a child’s graduation from school and their transition into adulthood where they will explore bigger and better things.

I often sit and plan my own funeral. I know my friends and family think I’m insane for doing this. I can’t understand why. We plan other major events in our life, why not our own funeral? It’s one more journey we are going on, and it should be carried out to our wishes.

Keep reading and you will know what I mean when I say a funeral plan is sometimes cooler than a wedding plan. This is what I want when I die. I do not want people being depressed and sad because I know for sure I am going to a happier place.

I’ve always had a love of music. I especially enjoyed playing the guitar and want to be remembered for my music. That is why my coffin should be guitar shaped and painted black and gold. Hopefully, it will look like my present guitar when finished.

Every celebration needs music, and mine will be no exception. In addition to playing my all-time favorite songs, I would appreciate the romance of my boyfriend (or husband if I’m married by then) to sing Pearl Jam’s, “Last Kiss.” It will be alright for him just to sing the chorus, if some might feel the rest of the song is a little inappropriate, but it’s my funeral, and that song has meaning to me.

I do not want my mother to mourn me, but instead, I want her to make my favorite wine - the homemade wine I love so much. I want people to comment about how good the wine is, and to compliment my mother on her recipe, rather than trying to console her for her loss. This should definitely add to the party spirit.

Everyone should pick out the outfit and accessories to wear to a funeral. They should plan the songs, speeches etc,. But will it really matter in the end? Will we even be able to see our own funeral celebration? Fortunately, I don’t know yet, but it’s still exciting to plan, just in case.

The wireless dog fence is an invisible fence that contains your dog within its perimeter. Unlike the underground invisible fence, the wireless dog fence does require cables to be laid underground. Instead, the wireless dog fence is activated by a transmitter.

The transmitter is placed in a central location on the property. The transmitter may be placed in an inconspicuous location in the home. The transmitter may be set up to allow the dog movement within a smaller or larger sized area. When the intended area is determined and the transmitter is in place, the wireless fence collar is placed on the dog.

The collar acts as a receiver for the signal sent out by the transmitter. If the dog reaches an area that is close to the perimeter of the containment area, the dog receives a low grade shock. This small shock is enough to send the dog in the other direction. Through the wireless dog fence, the dog quickly learns which areas are out of bounds.

Many dogs benefit from learning about the containment area before being left inside the wireless fence. Typical training for the wireless fence includes voice commands and the use of flags to mark out the area where the dog can move around without receiving a shock. Within a week of the commencement of training, the dog will easily and safely learn about its boundaries without any negative effects. Many wireless fence systems will give a dog a warning sound before the mild electrical shock is given.

It is important that a dog learn about the wireless fence before it is contained in one. The mild shock has been known to frighten an unsuspecting dog. Some dogs may not want to go into the yard again if they have been badly frightened from the correctional shock. Training with a wireless fence can begin when a dog is five or six months old.

The wireless fencing system will contain as many dogs as there are on the property. As long as all dogs are wearing a receiver collar, the wireless fence will protect the dogs from leaving the fence perimeter.

It is easy to maintain a wireless fence. Without any wires that could be damaged, all the customer has to do is replace the receiver collar or transmitter as necessary. Transmitter and receiver batteries will have to be replaced occasionally too. It is recommended that the owner of a wireless fence keep replacement parts handy so that when necessary, the transmitter or receiver collar can be replaced without shutting the system down. This will prevent the occurrence of the dog running away when the dog discovers that the fence is not working.

With just two main components, it is easy to set up a wireless dog fence. Wireless dog fences keep a dog contained without the need to build a traditional fence or the digging that is necessary with a underground dog fence. Pets will remain safely inside their perimeter and the owner does not have to worry about runaway pets anymore.

Are you aware of the wide range of common household items and products that can be hazardous to your dog’s health? Although it is not all-inclusive, this article is intended to help you recognize some of the common hazards found in the home.

Household Cleaning Products

While many household cleaning products can be used safely around dogs, it is essential that proper storage and use directions be followed. Product labels normally include appropriate warnings when their use presents a potential hazard. Check labels for statements such as “keep children and pets away from area until thoroughly dry”. While cleaners containing chlorine bleach are useful for disinfecting household surfaces when used safely, they can cause severe chemical burns when skin contact is made and may prove deadly if swallowed. Vomiting, diarrhea, excessive drooling, and stomach upset are typical symptoms of ingestion of these products.

Cleaning products should be stored in their original packaging if they can be resealed. If resealing is not possible, transfer the products to a properly labeled container that can be securely closed.

Insecticides and Herbicides

Keep flea and tick control products, intended for external use only, well out of your dog’s reach to avoid over exposure or ingestion. These products contain poisonous chemicals that can be very harmful to your pet if applied improperly.

Mouse and rat poisons when ingested can result in a life-threatening situation. It is critical to keep these products well sealed and in a location that is completely inaccessible to your dog.

Gardening chemicals (herbicides, fertilizers, insecticides, etc.) must also be used safely in order to ensure your dog’s health. When applied to lawns, keep all pets away from the treated area until it is considered safe according to the manufacturers directions. Lawn and garden chemicals that stick to your dog’s paws may cause severe skin reactions. If the dog later licks his paws the chemicals may be ingested.

Human Foods Dogs Should Avoid

A number of foods that are not only safe, but that are even considered healthy choices for humans, can be dangerous or even deadly to dogs. Keep the following foods out of your dog’s diet:

Alcohol, Yeast Dough, Chewing Gum, Persimmons, Raw Eggs or Fish, Nutmeg, Mushrooms, Grapes/Raisins, Chocolate, Onions, Coffee & Grounds, Tea, Garlic, Avocados, Nuts, Salt, Potato Peelings, Most Bones, Baking Soda/Powder, and Sugar Free Foods Containing Xylitol.

Dogs seem to find garbage in plastic trash bags irresistible, perhaps because they are so easy to tear into. Rotting food may contain mold and bacteria that could result in illness. Be sure to keep garbage in securely closed trash cans to avoid health hazards - not to mention the mess!

Hazards in the Bathroom

Medications that are intended to treat human medical conditions can make dogs very sick. Never give your dog any medicines unless your veterinarian specifically instructs you to do so. Keep all drugs in tightly closed, secured containers well away from curious dogs. Especially dangerous common over-the-counter medications include aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen, antihistamines, cold medicines, vitamins, diet pills, and topical creams/ointments.

Other health and beauty products such as skin lotions, toothpaste, nail care products and even some soaps can cause vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain so keep them secured and out of reach. Also remember to keep toilet lids closed. Dogs seem to love drinking from toilet bowls but if they do so it can be risky due to chemicals in toilet bowl cleaning products.

Toxic Plants

Some plants typically found in homes and in the yard can be hazardous to a dog’s health. A few of the common plants that may be dangerous include:

Schefflera, Lilies, Tulip and Narcissus Bulbs, Oleander, Azalea, Hydrangea, Hibiscus, Cyclamen, Yew, Amaryllis, Autumn Crocus, Pothos, Rhododendron, English Ivy, Sago Palm, and Chrysanthemum

The ASPCA website has a very useful searchable data base of both non-toxic and toxic plants for dogs, cats, and horses. Visit http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/poison-control/plants/ to access their system.

Miscellaneous Hazards

– Ethylene glycol antifreeze and coolants can be fatal, even is very small quantities. Although less toxic, propylene glycol antifreeze can still be dangerous.

– Paints and Solvents

– Small objects that fall on the floor can be easily swallowed by a curious dog. Such items as coins, small toys, jewelry, screws, nails, buttons, batteries, etc. may result in internal injuries and may require surgery to remove them.

– Strings, ribbons, and similar items can damage your dog’s intestines and could be fatal if not surgically removed.

– Tobacco Products

– Strings, ribbons, and similar items can damage your dog’s intestines and could be fatal if not surgically removed.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR DOG IS POISONED

Do Not Delay! Quick action is essential for successful treatment of accidental poisoning. Call your veterinarian or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at 1-888-425-4435. Be ready to provide your dog’s age, weight, breed, and any symptoms observed. Have the product container or a sample of the plant with you so that the poison can be properly identified and an appropriate treatment can be prescribed.

Congratulations on bringing a new furry friend into your home, there are a few pet ferret supplies that all owners should have on hand. Lets talk about little bit about the modern domestic ferret. Mankind has kept ferrets for over 2,000 years. During that time, in addition to providing fun and companionship, they also had jobs. Ferrets have been used to hunt rabbits for centuries, although most ferrets today are pets.

During the wedding of Prince Charles and Dianna, ferrets were used to run wires in the cathedral. So how do you refer to your new pet? Bandit? Carpetshark? Cute baby ferrets are called kits. A little girl is known as a jill, a little boy is called a hob. If your pet is spayed or neutered (which we highly recommend, going into season can kill a jill), they have different names. A male is called a gib, a female is called a sprite. A group of ferrets isn’t a herd or a flock- that’s a business.

Your partner in good ferret care is a veterinarian- find a good one now, who specializes in ferrets, or at the least exotics. They will be familiar with the common ferret maladies, as well as be able to give your some tips on how to care for your new family member. They can also take care of the first series of immunizations, check for parasites, and give your new friend a complete physical.

During your vet visit, you most definitely want to learn how to scruff your ferret. All this means is holding them by the skin at the back of their neck, the way their mother did when they were kits. It completely relaxes a ferret, and allows you to do things like clip their nails, or get them out of the potted plant without hurting them! Speaking of nails, it’s a good idea to have the vet clip those nails on the first visit. Watch closely what the vet does, it’s cheaper for you to cut them at home and not hard to do if you scruff them first. Nail clippers are probably some of the first pet ferret supplies you want to buy.

After the trip to the vet, like most owners you’re probably thinking ferret medical care is expensive- and you’re right. Now is a good time to start setting aside some money for an emergency medical fund- many ferrets will have a serious (and expensive) medical condition like insulinoma or adrenal disease at some point in their life. You can mitigate these costs with a discount vet card, or perhaps ferret pet insurance. Be sure to run the budgetary numbers and check coverage before you buy a plan. Enough medical stuff- let’s set up that ferret cage! You want a nice wire cage with escape proof doors and no sharp edges. An aquarium does not provide adequate ventilation and is a poor choice to house a ferret.

Plastic and wire floors in a cage are fine, you can cover them with some felt or an old blanket. Just make sure your ferret can’t catch their nails in the fabric, they can become caught and hurt themselves. Get a good quality ferret diet- cat food does not contain the important nutrients a ferret needs, and long term use can make them sick. Get a good heavy bowl that cannot be tipped over, or the pet stores have dishes which lock to the sides of the cage. Ferrets love to tip and dig, so this is a must.

Opposite of the food and water, or on the lower level if you have a two level cage, you’re going to want a litterbox. Ferrets prefer to do their business in corners, you can take advantage of that and use a corner little tray to save some space. A small cat litter box allows them four corner choices, so that’s an advantage, and if you have a digger it keeps litter inside the pan.

Next up you’re going to want to have some blankets at the bottom of the cage for snuggling and burrowing. Ferrets have a natural instinct to burrow, and this also allows them to keep warm if it gets particularly chilly. The last item on your list of ferret pet supplies is a ferret favorite. No cage is complete without a ferret hammock. Ferrets love to lounge in a hammock, get the largest one you can afford, and make sure that it hangs freely, without and bumps from things like litterboxes. Your new friend will bring you years of happiness and joy. A few simple pet ferret supplies will make your life, and theirs much easier!

The black, sturdy and massive breed of the Rottweiler has been the center of some malicious hysteria for years in forms of negative media publicities such as antagonist and fearful roles in movies. News leaking the supposedly lethal human attacks of this breed also has forced some people to reconsider their plans in adopting a Rottweiler. Truth be told, these negativities, just like man’s abusive exploit of nature, have been brought about by the breeder’s mishandling and mistreatment of this useful and family-friendly breed.

Known also as the Rottweil Metzgerhund which means Butchers Dog, the Rottweiler is a gifted creature in terms of herding and guarding. Regarded as one of the oldest or preferably the oldest herding breed in the world, it possesses a powerful and enduring stamina that makes it an outstanding breed for herding and guarding stocks and properties. The Rottweiler is so powerful and strong that stubborn stocks the Border Collies couldnt handle, it can handle thoroughly.

This creatures body is composed of an outer coat and inner coat wherein the outer one is medium in length, coarse and dense. The inner coat is not visible and has a longer hair on its hind legs. This breed’s color only comes in black with tan or orange markings on the muzzle, cheeks, throat, chest and legs.

This breed came from the town of Rottweil in Germany and there it is a dependable, fierce looking and strong type of dog that unabashedly and docilely carry stock meats to the market. The ancestors of this breed were said to be the Roman droving dog breed, Molosser of England and The Netherlands, and local dogs brought in by soldiers from different places. This breed flourished in this town until the introduction of the railroad which affected heavily its breeding.

When the railroad was introduced as a means of easier transport, the Rottweiler was viewed as of no use in stock meat hoarding. Because of this, its population declined to the point where only one female Rottweiler existed in all of Rottweil. When World War I started, the military’s fervent need of police dogs revived the interest for the Rottweiler and indeed the breed proved to be of great use in the battle field and other services that extends beyond stock herding.

Like any other dog breeds, the Rottweiler too needs correct training and proper supervision in order to bring out its best asset. In nature, this dog is good-hearted, affectionate, docile and sociable. It is calm and firm and has an innate need to protect and defend its master and his property.

Due to its massive size, self-assured and fearless figure, people view it as unfriendly and vicious. However, these are just its outwardly appearance that proclaim its courageous and powerful spirit. Moreover, this dog never jumps to a conclusion that every stranger is a threat because it intelligently observes its surroundings first before deciding on how to act and behave towards certain people or situation.

The negative publicities of the Rottweiler do not erase the fact that this breed is one of the best breeds out there. If there is someone to be blamed for this breed’s misbehavior, it is no other than the owner who carelessly disregards the proper and real needs of the Rottweiler. If every owner of a Rottweiler is responsible enough to acknowledge the different needs of this extraordinary dog then it would’ve received only all praise from people around the world.

Most cities require pet identification tags reduce the number of the stray animals in streets. It is also important to help you find a lost pet. There are several ways to make sure that your pet can be identified if lost or stolen.

Most people use a a personalized pet id tag. There are different types of pet identification tags, like municipal license tags, or proof of rabies vaccination tags. Pet collars and identification (ID) tags should include your pet’s name, owner’s name and address, telephone numbers, medical problem requiring medication, veterinarian’s name and number, current rabies vaccination information in case your pet becomes lost. If your dog or cat comes up missing, this information is imperative to help someone get your pet back to you.

Plastic and metal pet ID tags come in many shapes and colors. However, it’s advisable to choose the reflective type of pet tags and collars. The reflective items keep your pet safe in the dark.

Tatoos are another popular identification option, especially for dogs. A number is tatooed on an area of your pet. Then you register that number with a national pet registry. Should your pet become lost, the registry provides 24/7 service to help identify your pet.

In addition, there are several electronic gadgets like microchips which are embedded into the dog, or GPS pet collars. Electronic chips are implanted behind the ear, and once implanted, the information is available on the computer.

Among the newest high tech devices to protect your pets, is the GPS (geo-positioning system) pet finder. This one is simple and painless for your pet. Attach the GPS device to your pet’s collar, and if lost or stolen you can track your pet with the GPS. It is the ultimate security for your pet.

Whether you go for the low-tech pet ID tag, or the high-tech GPS device, make sure that your pet can be properly identified if lost.

Summer is regarded one of the finest and more colourful times for your Koi pool. Temperatures are gorgeous, and you are more in a position to enjoy your pool then in the cold Winter months. However, by now way, should your upkeep drop in the summer months. Recalling a couple of things in the summer months will make sure that your pool stays beautiful and lively.

Higher Temperatures Cause Less Oxygen

In the summer months, the oxygen level in your pool essentially decreases. Correct precautions should be taken, particularly if you live in an area where temperatures stay high for the bulk of the year. If you witness your Koi hanging out towards the apex of the water, and they appear to be gasping for air, this is going to be a good indication that your pool does not have a high enough concentration of Oxygen.

A way to keep oxygen moving in your water is by installing water features like waterfalls and fountains. The more the water is moving, the more Oxygen is ready to your Koi.

If water features are not available, frequent water changes will give your fish the quantity of Oxygen they need to survive.

You need to watch out for evaporation

Higher heat will cause your water to evaporate at a much higher rate. Pay very close attention to your water levels and do adjustments as mandatory. Remember, you should remove all chlorine from the water you add.

Watchout for bugs

Not unlike other eventualities in life, heat brings on potential bugs and sickness. The bulk of bugs are not seeable by the bare eye, so instead, you should watch your Koi for indications of sickness.

You will notice weird behaviors in your fish like rubbing against objects, scratching, shaking, or shivering. Each symptom could indicate a different sort of sickness, so it’s important to observe closely.

It is particularly vital to concentrate on your Koi if they start developing noticeable spots or changes on their body. They might also knock fins off.

If any kind of change is spotted, contact your local vet, pet store, or Koi dealer as fast as possible. Whilst some bugs will cause small damage, some diseases like KHV or Koi Herpes Pathogen have a high mortality rate, and will be treated as fast as possible.

Feed your koi fish

To stay healthy in the summer, you fish will need food high in the kinds of nutrients that they need. In the summer you must feed your fish a food that in low in protein one to 3 times per day. If you fish still appear hungry after feeding, you may need to increase feeding a bit.

Feeding your Koi small quantities of food at a time will stop food from spoiling. If you feed in bigger amounts, some food may remain uneaten, and it can screw up in a short quantity of time. Fish will only eat what they need to survive, and will leave the rest. Ruined food may cause water quality issues if close attention isn’t paid.

Feeding your Koi basically causes less Oxygen content in the water. In the summer this may particularly be a problem as Oxygen levels exhaust in high temperatures. You can cure this by feeding your fish in the cooler hours of the day.

Summer presents a special time to hand feed your Koi. Children are out of school, and the weather is generally good for being outside. Get the youngsters concerned as they are going to remember it for years ahead.

It is all too often that we forget all the intricacies that go into a funeral. We come to pay respects to a person who has passed on and to help console their family for their loss in time of mourning. We never realize all that goes into a funeral and what is needed to properly execute one.

Even before a person departs from this world, they might want to make sure as to how their last journey would be after they leave this world. There are choices in this regard whether one wants to be cremated or have a traditional burial. Cremation saves money but the traditional form of burial would be the real homage one would pay to a person who has left this world.

Cremation can be done at the request of the deceased and can also be involved in some symbolism. More times than not, there are request to spread ashes in places that represent happiness or freedom such as the ocean or on a mountain top. If no request was made then the ashes are placed into an urn for safekeeping.

If a classic burial is in order, then the choices become even more involved. Selecting a casket can be compared to selecting a fine piece of furniture. Naturally, budget constraints are a consideration and it is comforting to know that caskets are made in a variety of styles, from many different materials. They can range from lavish to simple, and should be selected to not only fall within a particular price range, but to reflect the personality of the loved one who will be resting therein.

Burial location is another thing to consider for the funeral procession. Many people elect to be buried by their parish or in a grave that is close to where they grew up. There is a mentality that a person would like to leave earth the same place that they came into it, which again, is another example of the symbolism of a funeral.

And, how would your loved one prefer to have their resting place marked? A tombstone is a critical element in burial planning, and again, there are a myriad of choices - different materials, shapes, sizes, and significance can be apparent in a tombstone. While a headstone will almost always include the departed’s name and dates of birth and death, it may also include a quotation that was dear to that person, or something personal that will always remind friends and family of that person in a unique way.

In a number of cases, memorial services are also organized in honor of those who could not partake of the funeral or at times in order to pay respects to the bereaved family and to the departed member. A portrait of the dead person by the side of the casket is a common sight when people come to offer their homage. The family members of the deceased assemble later to privately mourn the loss with friends and family.

For some people, it is difficult to come to grips with funeral and the procession, but many deem it as a beautiful experience. Attending the funeral of a departed soul is the last tribute one can pay and this has been the practice for centuries and will remain so till the end.

Dog lovers and owners everywhere are often faced with the issue of how to get rid of fleas! When your pet gets infested with fleas it can be an agonizing experience for both the dog and the owner and the rest of the family. We know there are side-effects of some well known dog flea products. The chemicals used in some of the nationally available household name products and may be harming our dogs and cats and potentially damaging our own health to boot. The local pet store sells a number of different flea shampoos, flea powders and flea collars including Frontline for fleas. Even though the staff are helpful and know their stuff, it is still difficult to know which product to use and almost impossible to know all of the chemical in these flea products. So for many of us the question still remains, how to get rid of fleas safely?

More often these days, pet owners are seeking natural or homeopathic alternatives to the issue of dog fleas. Some of the most commonly used natural dog flea remedies are outlined below:

1. Household salt remedy. Sprinkle it all over the house and particularly where your dog likes to snooze. Let the salt sit for a week or more. It seems that fleas don?t seem to like salt. Your dog will lie down on the carpet and the salt will also get on to his fur. A few days later and presto the fleas are gone.

2. Talcum powder to get rid of fleas. Cover your dog with baby powder or talcum powder. The powder will smother the fleas and kill them. This all-natural flea remedy is often recommended for puppies who are too young to be exposed to any flea chemical. You can also use baking soda.

3. For the dog fleas on adult dogs, you could try an olive oil bath. Anecdotal evidence suggests that the fleas just drown in it and fall out. Start from the dog?s head and work your way back so the fleas don’t move to the face where it’s really hard to pluck them off. Then you just shampoo the oil out and the dog fleas will wash down the drain.

4. Some people think garlic is the best all-natural dog fleas remedy. Use freshly diced garlic. You can put a dab of oil into it in order to make it smoother plus the oil will make for a nice shiny coat. Some people use a garlic pill supplement while others use freshly chopped garlic and mix it into the food. The fleas don?t like the scent emitted by the dog after ingesting garlic.

It would appear that there are many natural alternatives to treating dog fleas. These treatments will likely work best at the point of initial infestation. For a really bad cases of fleas you might need to try a stronger dog flea remedy such as Frontline. In figuring out how to get rid of fleas its best to do your research. However, with all matters pertaining to the health of our dogs and cats, please check with your doctor about potential side effects.

Over the years, the benefits of owning Yorkies to the health and well being of an individual have been a subject of extensive study. It is a good way of reducing stress and depression.

Here are some helpful advice on how owning a yorkie can be good for your health and well being. The concept of using yorkies in promoting health and well being of an individual has become a popular method of self help.

Pet therapy has proven various benefits it can have on a wide range of patients. Owning Yorkies has proven to be a less costly method of self-help for patients with AIDS or cancer, senior citizens, or those with mental disorders.

Pet yorkies can also bring out an individual’s nurturing capability. As of 2007, the Therapy Dogs International has revealed that there are 18,000 therapy dogs registered with the agency.

Yorkshire terriers can provide a source of companionship and offers temporary relief from discomfort and suffering throughout the history of various cultures. The health benefits of owning yorkies have been studied for the past 40 years.

The last 40 years of study have been focused on understanding the health benefits of owning yorkies. Yorkie therapy extends to people of various ages, particularly the youth and the elderly.

Yorkie therapy is used for treating social or emotional difficulties as well as communication problems. In addition, owning a yorkie can boost the immune system and sense of well-being.

In addition, the body’s immune system can also benefit from pet yorkies. Yorkshire terriers develop an individual’s sense of well being.

As a source of companionship and comfort, yorkies are better alternatives for anti-anxiety and anti-depression medicines. Women are at greater risk for undergoing stress or depression.

Considering yorkie therapy is more affordable than anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medicines. Since women are more susceptible to depression and anxiety, they can likewise gain benefit from owning a yorkie.

In a study by the Waltham Center for Nutrition and the Food and Drug Administration, owning pet yorkies is effective in reducing stress during traumatic or adverse situations compared to those who do not own yorkies. Varying factors brings about stress and pet yorkies can put an end to these agents by decreasing the potential of stress as well as high blood pressure.

Yorkies can also have spiritual benefits because they offer a form of relaxation and peace of mind. Pet yorkies can reduce negative thoughts resulting in a positive spirit.

Using yorkies to visit nursing homes and hospitals improve the mood and social communication of the patients as well. In a UCLA study, owners of yorkies requires less medical attention for stress related aches and pains.

Walking the dog and a strong desire to take care of their pets was a determiner of success among terminally ill patients. Terminally ill patients will have a bigger reason for survival paving their way for an extended life span.

Why waste your time and money on medicines that have side effects and offers no guarantee for survival? Focus your efforts instead on considering a pet yorkie that has proven health benefits.
